Where we work on the Gulf
We work on St. Pete Beach and the Gulf beaches, and in Tierra Verde and Belleair. Every interior is shaped to its building, its view and the way you use it.
Rebuilding after the storms
Hurricanes Helene and Milton damaged many homes on the beaches. On St. Pete Beach we rebuilt the kitchen of a beachfront condominium, with terrazzo tile floors, cabinets by our team and Miele appliances, and we have transformed a St. Pete Beach bathroom as well. If your home is being restored, we can plan the finishes, fixtures and furniture with you, so the new rooms are considered rather than simply replaced.
Beyond the beachy look
Michelle's aim is to take coastal homes beyond the typical beachy look. Rooms by the water still have to be easy to live in, so the layout comes first and every piece is chosen with purpose.
Our Gulf Beaches Condo pairs rich, figured wood and pale veined stone with white linen seating and abstract art in violet and cobalt, calm and quietly coastal.
Planning from afar
If you live elsewhere for part of the year, a systematic approach and regular status updates mean less travel to the job site. The discovery call is by Zoom, and we present every selection for your approval and handle ordering, tracking and receiving. The furniture is delivered on one day, and the art is hung and the candles are lit when you come home.
The designer
Michelle Jennings is a third-generation St. Petersburg resident with more than 25 years of design experience, a design graduate of the University of Florida's College of Architecture and an Allied Member of ASID. Her approach is warm minimalism: rooms that are edited, comfortable and expressive, not excessive.
