For remodels and new construction alike, this is the service that covers the most ground. We begin with architectural space planning, then lay out a systematic plan through flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures and lighting, so every decision is made in the right order. Cabinetry, built-ins and furniture are designed to suit, and the finished rooms are furnished as one. Bayshore, a kitchen and two baths in Tampa, is one example.

Kitchens and baths are where function matters most. We design the layout, cabinetry, counters, tile and lighting, and choose the fixtures with you. Simplicity here is, in Michelle's words, well thought out design for functionality and timelessness. The Brightwaters kitchen, built around an arched window, and the walnut primary bath at Yacht Club Estates are two examples.

For rooms whose architecture is finished, we compose the furniture, lighting, rugs, art and accessories. Michelle presents the options for your approval, and the studio handles ordering, tracking, receiving and returns. All of the furniture is delivered on one day under her direction. The art is hung, the accessories are placed and the candles are lit when you come home.

Rooms for gathering, dining and rest, composed around how you use them. Michelle often starts with the art, pairing bold wall color with striking original work, and she curates new pieces with clients through local galleries. The St. Petersburg Condominium, with its cobalt paneled walls and a gallery of original art, shows how much character color and original art can bring to a condominium.

When the right piece does not exist, we design it. Built-ins are drawn to the room and to what it must hold, from books to an art collection, and tables, chairs and other pieces are made for the people who will use them.

Not every home needs a full commission. A consultation brings Michelle's eye to a single room or a set of decisions: a layout, a palette, a finish, or what to keep and what to let go.

New to St. Petersburg? As a third-generation resident, Michelle can tell you about the city past and present: its historic neighborhoods, restaurants and boutiques, museums and art, and schools. If you are planning from elsewhere, a systematic approach and regular status updates mean less travel to the job site.

Whatever the service, the path is the same: a complimentary discovery call by Zoom, a plan, selections presented for your approval, ordering and installation. Small or large, each project is led by Michelle herself.
